Chuck Norris Martial Arts Facts
Before the internet turned him into a myth, Chuck Norris was a real fighter. He learned Tang Soo Do while stationed in South Korea with the U.S. Air Force, won the Professional Middleweight Karate Championship in 1968 and held it for six years before retiring undefeated, and later founded his own system, Chun Kuk Do. That is why the roundhouse kick jokes hit differently: the man could actually do it.
